Cletus J. BellinApril 28, 1943 ~ December 18, 2010 (age 67)
Cletus J. Bellin, 67, Rosiere, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born April 28, 1943 in the Town of Lincoln to the late Horace and Rose(Naze) Bellin.
Clete was a member of the Namur Belgian Club and the Champion Walloon Belgian Club. He directed the St. Peter Choir in Lincoln and was also a member of the Historical Society. In May of 1992 he formed the Clete Bellin Orchestra, performing at many events over the years. He also worked at WAUN for many years. Clete enjoyed spending time with his family and also the many Polka Masses he directed over the years. He just recently completed his Belgian Chapel, which is located by his home and which was recently dedicated with family, friends and clergy present. Clete was very proud of the chapel.
He is survived by 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Delores(Norbert) Dhuey, Casco and Ruth(Mark) Frisque, Casco; many nieces, nephews and friends; an aunt, Harriet Zettel, Racine; special friends, Ryan, Russell and Barb Vlies. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
Friends may call on Wednesday, December 22nd, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Lincoln from 3 to 8pm. Visitation will continue at church on Thursday morning from 8:30 to 10:15am. Wake Service will be at 7pm Wednesday evening at church. Funeral 10:30am Thursday with Fr. Lee Kahrs officiating and Deacon Paul Zenefski concelebrating. Burial will be in St. Hubert Cemetery, Rosiere.
